Exchange Policy: How It Works

Our 7 Days Size Exchange Policy gives you the option to exchange items purchased from our website/app for size only within 7 days of receiving the item. We only ask that the product remains unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You are welcome to try on the product, but please take care to preserve its condition.

Exchange Fee

For all size exchanges, a nominal fee of INR 49 will be charged and included in the replacement order invoice. This helps cover the cost of processing and handling your exchange.
Note: The exchange fee is charged only once, even if your original order was split and delivered separately.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Terms & Conditions of 7-Day Size Exchange Policy:

  1. The product(s) to be exchanged must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., shoes must be in the original shoe box).

  2. An exchange fee of INR 49 applies and is included in the replacement invoice.

  3. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery for the exchange option to be activated in your Arcolet account.

  4. Make sure to check product(s), reason for exchange, and details carefully. Our courier will pick up only the product(s) mentioned in the exchange request.

  5. If the handed-over product(s) don’t match the exchange request, the pickup will be cancelled.

  6. For sets/combos, the entire set/combo must be exchanged. Individual items cannot be exchanged.

  7. The exchange will occur only for product(s) selected during the process. Arcolet is not liable for any additional or incorrect items handed over.

  8. Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area pincode.

  9. You must upload clear images of the product(s) with tags when initiating an exchange. Invalid images may result in rejection of the request.

Second Size Exchange Request

Arcolet does not offer a second size exchange by default. However, if you still wish to proceed, a higher exchange fee of INR 250 will be applicable.

Received Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Order?

We aim for the highest quality. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, raise a TICKET within 24 hours of delivery through your Arcolet Account. Upon inspection, we’ll replace the item with the correct one.

When Will My Pickup Happen?

Reverse pickup takes place within 2–3 working days, subject to service availability in your pincode.
If your pincode is non-serviceable, you’ll need to self-courier the item(s) to us. We’ll reimburse up to INR 250 as applicable.

Pickup Failed?

We attempt pickup three times. If it fails after the third attempt, it’s marked as failed. We’ll reinitiate once you raise a TICKET through your Arcolet Account.

Return & Refund Policy

Arcolet currently does not offer returns or refunds for delivered items. We only offer size exchange.
For any other issues, raise a TICKET from your account, and we’ll aim to respond within 48 hours.

Arcolet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All exchange requests are subject to proper inspection and are at Our sole discretion to approve or deny.
